We do not intentionally collect health information or other special categories of personal data through our website forms.
3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES FOR PROCESSING
We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis to do so.
Depending on the circumstances, processing may be based on:
* your consent, for example for newsletters or marketing cookies
* the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, for example when you request information about a training
* our legitimate interests, such as operating, protecting and improving our website and communicating with people who contact us
* compliance with legal obligations, for example accounting or record-keeping requirements
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time for the future.
4. WEBSITE HOSTING
Our website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Germany.
When you visit our website, the hosting provider may process technical information necessary to deliver and secure the website, including IP addresses, browser information, timestamps and server log data.
The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in providing a secure and functional website.
5. WORDPRESS AND THRIVE
Our website is built using WordPress and tools provided by Thrive Themes, including Thrive Architect, Thrive Leads and Lead Generation forms.
These technologies are used to create and operate our website and to collect information that you actively submit through our forms.
Where you submit a form, the information is processed for the purpose indicated at the time of submission.
6. REQUEST YOUR PLACE AND OTHER INQUIRIES
When you use our Request Your Place form, we currently collect:
* your name
* your email address
* your preference regarding a personal conversation with us
We use this information to respond to your request, contact you about the relevant training and provide information about the next steps.

7. NEWSLETTER AND MAILCHIMP
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use your name and email address to send you the monthly Codes of Grace newsletter, including updates about upcoming events, trainings and our work.
We currently use a single opt-in process. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link contained in every newsletter or by contacting us directly.
Our newsletter is managed through Intuit Mailchimp.
Mailchimp processes subscriber information on our behalf and may process personal data in the United States and other countries. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for international transfers of personal data.
The legal basis for sending marketing newsletters is your consent.
You may withdraw this consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
8. COOKIES AND CONSENT MANAGEMENT
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies.
We use Complianz as our consent-management platform to allow visitors to manage their cookie preferences.
Cookies that are technically necessary may be used without consent where permitted by law.
Marketing and tracking technologies requiring consent are activated only after the relevant consent has been given.
You can change or withdraw your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings available on our website.
9. META PIXEL
On selected event-related pages, including certain confirmation or welcome pages, we use the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement and conversion tracking.
The Meta Pixel is a technology provided by Meta Platforms that helps us measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns and understand whether users take certain actions after interacting with our advertisements.
The Meta Pixel is activated only after you have given the relevant consent to marketing technologies through our cookie-consent system.
Depending on your consent and use of the website, information such as your IP address, device and browser information, page interactions and conversion events may be transmitted to Meta.
Meta may process personal data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the cookie settings on our website.
10. LOCALLY HOSTED GOOGLE FONTS
We use Google Fonts for the visual presentation of our website.
The font files are hosted locally on our own server. Therefore, your browser does not need to connect to Google solely for the purpose of loading these fonts.
11. SELF-HOSTED VIDEOS
Videos displayed directly on our website are hosted on our own WordPress server.
When these videos are played, no connection to an external video platform such as YouTube or Vimeo is required solely for video delivery.
12. STRIPE PAYMENTS
Payments for some of our services are processed through Stripe.
When you choose to make a payment, you are redirected to an external Stripe checkout page. Payment information is therefore entered directly into Stripe’s systems and is not processed through our website.
Stripe processes personal and payment information according to its own privacy practices and may transfer personal data internationally, including to the United States, subject to applicable data-protection safeguards.
We may receive information from Stripe necessary to confirm and administer your payment, such as your name, payment status, transaction information and billing details.
The legal basis is the performance of the contract and compliance with applicable accounting and legal obligations.

We use TidyCal to offer appointment and call bookings.
If you choose to book a call, you are redirected to TidyCal’s external booking platform.
Any information you enter there is processed through TidyCal according to its own privacy practices.
We receive the booking information necessary to arrange and conduct your appointment.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract or, where relevant, performing an existing contractual relationship.
14. EMAIL CONTACT
If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide in order to respond to your message and continue the communication you initiated.
Depending on the nature of your request, the legal basis may be pre-contractual measures, performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries.
15. WHATSAPP
Our website contains links that allow you to contact us voluntarily through WhatsApp.
When you click such a link, you leave our website and open WhatsApp. Any personal information transmitted through WhatsApp is processed by WhatsApp and its affiliated companies according to their own privacy practices.
We process messages you send to us through WhatsApp only for the purpose of responding to your communication and, where applicable, administering the service or training you are interested in.
If you prefer not to use WhatsApp, you may contact us by email instead.
16. SOCIAL MEDIA LINKS
Our website contains links to our social-media profiles, including Instagram.
These are ordinary external links and are not embedded social-media feeds.
No connection to the respective social-media platform is initiated solely because the link is displayed on our website. When you click the link, you leave our website and the privacy practices of the relevant platform apply.
17. ZOOM AND ONLINE TRAININGS
For online events, calls or trainings, we may use Zoom.
Zoom is not directly embedded into this website. Participants receive relevant access details separately, usually by email.
If you participate in an online session, personal data may be processed by Zoom according to Zoom’s own privacy practices and the settings used for the relevant meeting.
18. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS
Some of the service providers we use are located in or process information in countries outside the European Economic Area, particularly the United States.
Where European personal data is transferred internationally, we seek to use providers that offer appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as an applicable adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.
19. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA
We retain personal data only for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
This means, for example:
* inquiry data may be retained while your request or potential participation is being handled
* newsletter information is retained until you unsubscribe or otherwise withdraw your consent
* contractual, transaction and accounting information may be retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting or other legal obligations
Where there is no continuing purpose or legal obligation to retain the data, it will be deleted or anonymized.
20. SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
